Nicol Matheson | Head of Search

Building on a successful career as a founder, market analyst and solutions manager, Nicol moved back to his roots to utilise his network in the consultative recruitment industry. 


With more than 20 years of commercial experience, Nicol has a proven track record of implementing and growing diverse portfolios in the technology and engineering sectors.


In 2021, Nicol brought his passion for people to Edge Executive and has recruited for a range of senior and C-Suite positions. 


As Head of Search, Nicol curates and forms relationships with both clients and candidates.
